This was only the second wedding cake that we have done, so we were pretty nervous about it. We did the three layer cake and 100 cupcakes. The top layer of the cake was red velvet, the middle vanilla and the bottom chocolate. The cupcakes were a mixture of the three. It was a lot of work, but in the end it all turned out well.
